Flying from Terminal 3?
Plan the airport arrival time first, then arrange the journey to T3.
For a flight from Terminal 3, work back from the time you need to reach the airport. Heathrow advises arriving at least three hours before a long-haul flight, or two hours before a short-haul flight. Follow your airline's instructions if it asks you to arrive earlier. Allow for the drive from your pickup address separately.
When arranging your transfer, share your flight details, full pickup address, passenger numbers and luggage. For hotel collection, include the hotel name. For a return journey, give the return flight details and terminal too. The team confirms the arrangements with you before you travel.
