Inside Terminal 4 Arrivals, Heathrow's public meeting point is next to WHSmith on the ground floor. Follow the driver meeting instructions in your own booking confirmation. Share your flight number when arranging the transfer so we can monitor the arrival and adjust the planned pickup timing if it changes.
Heathrow currently provides two public Terminal 4 pickup options: the Priority Pick-Up Area outside Arrivals on Level 1, or Zone A of Park & Ride 4 when the person collecting you needs to enter the terminal. Your confirmation will explain the arrangement for your transfer. Pickups should not use the departures forecourt.

Flying from Terminal 4?
Plan the airport arrival time first, then arrange the journey to T4.
For a flight from Terminal 4, work back from the time you need to reach the airport. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight, or two hours before a domestic or European flight. Follow your airline's instructions if it asks you to arrive earlier, and allow for the drive from your pickup address separately.
When arranging the transfer, share your flight details, full pickup address, passenger numbers and luggage. Include the hotel name for a hotel collection. Ask the team to confirm the fare and explain how the current Heathrow drop-off charge applies before you travel. For a return journey, provide the return flight and terminal as well.
