Service Overview

UK Airports Taxi Transfer provides a pre-booked airport taxi transfer service in London and surrounding areas. The service includes:

  • Airport pickup and drop-off
  • Meet and greet service (if selected)
  • Flight monitoring for arrivals
  • Standard and chauffeur-style travel options
  • Transport for individuals, families and business travellers

We operate 24/7 and cover all major London airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City Airport.

All journeys must be booked in advance. We do not operate as an on-demand street taxi service.

Booking and Confirmation

3.1

Booking Process

Bookings can be made online, by phone or via email. You must provide accurate details including:

  • Full pickup address
  • Destination airport or address
  • Date and time of travel
  • Flight details (for airport pickups)
  • Number of passengers
  • Luggage requirements
3.2

Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. This may be sent by email or message.

If you do not receive confirmation, your booking is not guaranteed.

Responsibility for Information

You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges or service issues.

Pricing and Payment

5.

Waiting Time and Delays

5.1

Airport Pickups

For airport pickups, we monitor your flight using real-time tracking.

  • A standard waiting time is included after your flight lands
  • Additional waiting time may be charged if delays occur after this period
5.2

Meet and Greet

If you select meet and greet, the driver will wait inside the terminal with a name board.

Delays in reaching the meeting point may result in waiting charges.

5.3

Non-Airport Pickups

For pickups from home, hotel or office:

  • A short waiting period is included
  • Additional waiting time will be charged

Flight Monitoring

We track flight arrivals to adjust pickup times accordingly.

However, it is your responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate flight details
  • Inform us of any changes

If incorrect flight details are provided, we cannot guarantee timely pickup.

7.

Cancellations and Refunds

7.1

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking subject to the following:

  • Cancellations made in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund
  • Late cancellations may be charged in full

The exact refund depends on the notice period before the scheduled pickup time.

7.2

No-Show Policy

If the passenger does not arrive at the agreed pickup location:

  • The booking will be treated as a no-show
  • No refund will be issued

Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to:

  • Safety concerns
  • Incorrect booking information
  • Unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

Journey Times and Delays

Meet and Greet Service

If you choose meet and greet:

  • A name board will be displayed

Additional waiting time charges may apply if there are delays after landing.

Liability
