Terminal 5 has two public meeting points in Arrivals: the north meeting point opposite Travelex and the south meeting point near Costa Coffee. Follow the driver meeting instructions in your own booking confirmation. Share your flight number when arranging the transfer so the arrival can be monitored and the planned pickup timing adjusted if it changes.
Passenger pickups cannot use the departures forecourt. Heathrow directs collecting vehicles to Terminal Parking, which was previously called Short Stay, or to the Park & Ride pickup area. Your confirmation will explain the arrangement for your transfer. Tell the team if your flight number or arrival terminal changes.

Flying from Terminal 5?
Work back from the time you need to reach Terminal 5. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight, or two hours before a domestic or European flight. Follow your airline's instructions if it asks you to arrive earlier, and allow for the drive from your pickup address separately.
Share your full pickup address, flight details, passenger numbers and luggage when you enquire. Include the hotel name for a hotel collection. Ask the team to confirm the fare, vehicle and how the current Heathrow drop-off charge applies before you travel. For a return journey, provide the return flight and terminal too.
